If no confirmation email is received, Please check your Junk Folder on emails.
if for any reasons there is no available time for the reservation an email will be send.
Payment for the Session has to be done after receiving a confirmation email.
Process of Refund (if session is canceled at least 24 hours before the schedule time, full refund will be made)
Refunds : if any concerns arises after the session or while the session there is always the possibility to get a refund.
We do not guarantee Facilities availability for the time booked for the session.
Please verify that the Facility were the session is booked will be free for use.
